“If you build it, they will come.”
Little did I know back in the 80’s when I watched this film how relevant that phrase would be in my professional career. The concept of “manifestation” is becoming a conversational norm with entrepreneurs and it is in thanks to books and films like The Secret and What The Bleep Do We Know, as well as iconic motivators like Tony Robbins.
So what does this all have to do with business? The key message in quantum physics is that "thoughts materialize into reality," a concept that has allowed me to achieve things in my life which sometimes seemed utterly impossible. So, if this is the case, wouldn’t everyone be rich, healthy, and in love?
The truth is everyone is the creator in their own lives; it’s happening every day whether they pay attention to it or not. What happens is most people are stuck in their habitual thought process. It’s all about how each person defines themselves in their mind - be it positive or negative - an individual’s convictions will manifest their reality. Doubt is the decision not to participate. That is my daily mantra. Every day I am faced with challenges that push me into the fear and doubt of not achieving my ultimate desires, and every time I’m faced with this dread I make a conscious decision on how I’m going to take control over my destiny. How is this achieved? Well, truthfully, the more I see the results the more I believe in my ability to live like the director of my own movie: Sari’s Life. I’ve been in situations where there was no possible way I was going to get what I wanted, where everyone around me was telling me to give up, but in the end I always prevail. Why? Simply put, I have no doubt.
Individuals are always faced with two options in any challenge. The first is to live from uncertainty: “It wasn’t meant to be,” “I tried,” “I’m not sure,” “I can’t,” etc. These thought patterns create a self-fulfilling prophecy leading people down the journey towards failure. The second option, with a strong foundation of belief, will attract the results that everyone dreams about. It’s participating in the laws of attraction, a change in mental state; act the roll and that reality will reveal itself.
For some, this gift is very easy. It can be seen in people like Donald Trump, his companies have been bankrupt so many times and yet he still manages to be one of the richest men in America. Imagine, it takes some people a lifetime just to get to a million. In his mind, no matter what his life situation, he is as certain as his own existence that he is will always be a billionaire and because of that he will always attract money and success. The rich get richer...
Anyone can be like “The Donald” in any area of their lives. Just take a minute to digest this concept; all it takes is a thought, one thought, and a whole life can change. Believe it or not, whichever path we choose will ultimately be the path that manifests. My choice is to continue forward without a doubt, that the world is indeed at my fingertips, and that my life and my reality is exactly how I created it.
