V.I.P guests including design enthusiasts, local celebrities and several notable Canadian actors joined the Camrost-Felcorp family in the launch of Imperial Plaza’s Sky Penthouse suites June 1.
Guests were greeted with champagne at the door and treated to an oyster bar, shrimp cocktail, deviled quails eggs, fruit skewers, and other intricate delicacies catered by North 44.
The dramatic marble lobby and York Wilson’s famous ‘Story of Oil’ presented a striking backdrop for the exclusive preview of Toronto’s most prestigious multi-level penthouses that will sit perched on top of the iconic Imperial Oil building.
The two and three storey Sky Penthouses will tower above an impressive urban landscape, overlooking lush residential greenery, Casa Loma, Royal Ontario Museum, the financial district and Lake Ontario.
A bell hop escorted guests up the ‘Mad Men’ era office elevators for a rare glimpse of these epic views just before sunset.
“I’ve been developing real estate for 35 years, and all that I’ve done culminates here,” said David Feldman, CEO and President of Camrost-Felcorp, a local to the Forest Hill neighbourhood who expressed his pride and vision for Imperial Plaza during the evening’s speeches.
