Dear Women’s Post readers,
Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this letter. My name is Robin Powell, and for the past 16 months I have had the privilege of working as Vice President of the Canadian Sony Style retail stores (that I’m hoping you and your family might have visited in your local mall). Collectively, our retail stores have been focused on creating an informative and enjoyable shopping experience; our strategy is to present electronic entertainment solutions (instead of just products) in a manner we believe is meaningful and valuable to you.
Reflecting on the past sixteen months, I am most proud of our knowledgeable consultants and of their willingness to embrace a philosophy that, with the intention of becoming a trusted advisor, always puts our customers’ needs first. Success for us means that you are so impressed with your experience at Sony Style that it becomes highly likely that you would recommend Sony Style to your friends and family.
I value your opinion, and would like to ask for your input please. At age 47, after 25 years of marriage and living in a home with two teenage daughters, I am well aware of the influence that women have on important decisions related to family and home; I know when it is best to ask for feedback, and this is one of those times. I believe that our knowledgeable Sales Consultants are helping you make an informed entertainment investment, that we are there for you long after the initial sale, that our pricing is competitive given the overall value that we provide, and that our easy-to-find mall locations are convenient for you. As a woman shopping in our stores, do you believe we are getting it right?
Your input is vital to making the Sony Style experience even better. To help us better understand what women value in the shopping experience, would you please complete a short survey at: www.womenspost.ca/sonystylesurvey/
For every survey we receive, we will donate $1 to the Sony Charitable Foundation on behalf of Women’s Post magazine.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Robin Powell
Vice President, Retail Division
Sony of Canada Ltd.
