Oscar this, Oscar that, Its all about the Red Carpet!
March 8, 2010 - 2:20pm — byWhen it comes to award shows, I have never been a huge fan as my attention span can not comprehend more than 2 hours of constant television viewing.
My usual gig for Oscar night is curling up in my bed with a bowl of popcorn, extra butter of course and tuning in to the red carpet, and the red carpet only.
As I have a passion for fashion, the red carpet event of the Oscar evening is pretty much the only thing that really tickles my fancy.

Skating is a great activity and an excellent source of exercise that can be enjoyed among all age groups.

Off Figure Photo Shoot
February 10, 2010 - 2:05pm — byAt school (Humber College), I am taking a photo stying and display technique class. Im learning a variety of styling techniques from off figure photo shoots to editoral photo shoots.
Yesterday, a few fellow students and myself conducted our first off figure photo shoot, and I feel it went fabulous! It was actually so much fun, but a lot of work. I never knew how hard it was to manipulate and play with clothing to make it look perfect in photographs, but luckily there is always the handy tool of Photoshop when needed!

No school? Not what we want to hear!
February 8, 2010 - 2:00pm — byFebruary 17th, 2010 is the day that thousands of Ontario College students are anxiously awaiting. This is the day where the final decision is made on whether or not students will be out of the classroom. With all this talk about a strike happening within colleges in Ontario, it’s getting me more nervous by the day. We as students are paying thousands of dollars to learn and become well educated in our desired field, and that may be taken away without our sanction.

Domination on the runway
February 8, 2010 - 10:09am — byParis, Milan, London and New York, all homes to some of the greatest designers of all time, My favorite being Marc Jacobs. He never fails to succeed as he expresses his unique imagination. His trend setting visions are what women want to wear season after season. As his gorgeous silhouettes graced this years Spring/Summer 2010 runway, there was no lack of his creativity shown through his designs. From the intense detailing of ruffles and beading, to the soft pastel florals, Marc definitely out did himself this year.
