Off Figure Photo Shoot

At school (Humber College), I am taking a photo stying and display technique class. Im learning a variety of styling techniques from off figure photo shoots to editoral photo shoots.

Yesterday, a few fellow students and myself conducted our first off figure photo shoot, and I feel it went fabulous! It was actually so much fun, but a lot of work. I never knew how hard it was to manipulate and play with clothing to make it look perfect in photographs, but luckily there is always the handy tool of Photoshop when needed!

Our theme of the photo shoot was jewel tones. The clothing selection of our shoot included vibrant colours of purples, royal blues and teals. We accented these cool colours with bright pink accessories with a pair of adorable pink pumps, a couple of bold and flashy bracelets and also a ravishing jewel ring that combined all of our colour scheme.

I was very pleased with how all our products were photographed and how well they all accented each other. I cant wait to get started on creating our layout and getting our final piece done!
