When Its Hot Outside Think Mojito~

What you will need;
- three limes
-1/2cup lime juice
-six oz of white rum
-6 tsp of white sugar
-750 ml of soda water
-14 sprigs fo fresh mint
-six tall glasses(frosted)
(mashed strawberries or rasberries optional)

How to; ( place your glasses in the freezer for 1/2 hr prior to serving- take out when all ingredients are ready)

Slice the limes into six pieces-iwth one lime piece rub the rim of each glass and then rim with white sugar, squeeze remaining into glass, put put three lime pieces into bottom of each glass.
Add two sprigs of fresh mint to bottom of glass- with small blunt object, crush and mix with limes in bottom of glass, add tsp of sugar to each glass.
Add 1 ounce of rum to each glass, mix well, fill glass with soda water, add lime juice to taste,mix well.
Garnish with small sprig of fresh lime
