twitter me do, twitter me don't

No. You will not find me on Twitter. When it comes to social networking, I guess you could call me a late bloomer.
At the moment, I just don't see a need to sign myself up for yet another website. How many different ways do I really want people to contact me? You can e-mail me - - to two different e-mail addresses, you can text me on my phone, you can send me a facebook message, you can write on my wall! Yes, I am still reachable by the good ol' telephone, and I even still check my mailbox from time to time.
People have tried to sway me over to their twitter-loving side. They tell me its office gossip for the freelancer. But, to be honest, I don't even really like office gossip all that much in its natural form.
Maybe one day, off in the distant future, you will find me on twitter...twittering about anything and everything you could ever think of twittering on twitter.
But for now, I will enjoy the peace and quiet that I can find out of having one less way of reaching me.

Are you serious?
By the sounds of it, you are a tad on the jealous side...are you maybe a writer yourself? One that can't find a job?
If you followed any of Joelle's work, you would know she is a very talented individual and writer. A blog isn't supposed to be a novel for crying out loud!!!
So seriously, take your hostility and jealousy elsewhere because I don't want to read about it anymore.
Joelle says.. wow.
Joelle says..
wow.
regardless of if I do or not
regardless of if I do or not (have claims to back up my tongue) is simply irrelevant.
See, I am not the one blogging. However, I am the one reading- and that should count for something in the editorial world.
I think the advertisers (check right of page) would sleep better knowing that their dollars are allocated toward worthy and compelling content that bring them a positive return on their online advertising revenue model.
More appropriately, I think your readers, would appreciate a good health dose of thought-provoking content even more so.
Now, the issue still remains- and I think I speak for most professional women when I say-that it would be great to see gals step it up a notch on what could otherwise be a great forum for accomplished females everywhere. If you want your thoughts to be public domain, then you need to grow thicker skin.
I'm sure there is so much more your readers want to know beyond the confines of "Joelle's trivial dilemmas about twitter."
If I'm wrong, then I need to find a new site.
ouch...what a rude
ouch...what a rude comment...got some goods to back up your claims or are you good with simply being arrogant?
Don't ask me how I ended up
Don't ask me how I ended up here.
Ok fine. I'll tell you. I clicked to read your full blog in hopes that the lack luster of first paragraph (aka the hook to draw readers in) was just a harmless and excusable mistake, made by an otherwise, though-provoking, well-researched skilled writer.
I mean, hopefully these blogs are going somewhere, its creator must have- I don't know- a point of view worthy of an inquisitive person's time. And one that might be above the capacity of the general public's idle thought process...I mean how else can the womenspost afford to have you spew ignorant and predictable generalizations from atop your virtual pedistal?
So alas, I click. Only to find the anti-climatic close by another self-proclaimed writer exploiting the accessibility of poorly dramatized blogging-cause-I-think-I-have-something-compelling-to-say on the net.
Bravo. You continue to bore me.
I hope you take my criticism as a challenge to stimulate your audience going forward.
