How to send/retrieve files via FTP
In order for a user to access their FTP space, they will need the following:

• FTP Client program.
  This is a desktop application that connects your computer to your FTP host server so that you can upload and download files. There are many freeware/shareware FTP client applications available, here are a couple of good examples:

  FileZilla (Windows, Mac, and Linux) http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/
  SmartFTP (Windows) http://www.smartftp.com
  Fetch (Mac) http://www.fetchsoftworks.com
  Transmit (Mac) http://www.panic.com

• FTP host address: ftp://www.womensportal.ca
• Upload Directory: incoming
