Kathy Buckworth

Kathy Buckworth is an experienced writer and public speaker, with numerous publishing credits in both national and local magazines and newspapers. She is the author of five books, including The Blackberry Diaries: Adventures in Modern Motherhood and Shut Up and Eat: Tales of Chicken, Children and Chardonnay. Kathy is the only two-time winner of the Professional Writers Association of Canada Award for Excellence in Humour. She appears regularly on CBC, CTV, CityTV and is the parenting expert panelist on Slice Network's Birth Days.
