Women's Post Contributor Liesl Jurock is a writer, an educator, and a mama. By day, she works at a university helping students with their careers, and by night she writes about the joys and contrasts that motherhood offers on her blog Mama's Log. With a B.A. in Communication and M.Ed. in Leadership, works professionally as a career educator at a major Canadian university. Her work has appeared in a variety of websites, including The Momoir Project and Hybrid Mom, and is featured in "Torn: True Stories of Kids, Career, the Conflict of Modern Motherhood"(Coffeetown Press, May 2011) and "Chicken Soup for the Soul: New Moms"(Simon & Schuster, March 2011). Currently, she is a contributor to Women’s Post online on the topics of career development and education and is developing a book about motherhood and writing.
